Customer Love for ALR Painting

Decided after 34 years it was time to redo the exterior. Alexander showed up on time, with a package of folders full of paint colors and combos and the name of someone we could contact to have do 3 online 'designs' of our house with the colors we liked--for FREE! We used this service and got a perfect idea of what the house would look like when done. Alexander made a more than reasonable offer for the size of the house--only one story, but still--and he had gone online to the county to get the size of the house, as we had no idea. All of this so UNLIKE another, "older more established" company who showed up with NO package, had no idea of the size of the house, said he thought he had some 'left over' paint for trim and would meet us at the paint company to select colors. His offer wasn't so different from Alexander's but his attitude was. We selected Alexander and he had the job done in three and a half days. This despite the fact that he had to cover our practically brand-new gutters to keep paint off them to avoid voiding the warranty. He even took down and replaced the porch light, mailbox, and house numbers. We could not be happier with the results. Do yourself a favor and hire ALR Painting. You won't regret it.

Alex gave us an estimate for exterior paint in November 2023 for Spring of 2024. When we were ready to get started, Alex notified us that our color was no longer available and provided us with exceptional options that would meet our needs. When work began in late April, Alex was always on time and got our job done with a very professional yet friendly attitude. When we discovered one of the colors did not match our needs, Alex stopped the job, researched colors and matched what we wanted exactly. We ended up with a beautifully painted home and would enthusiastically recommend Alex. His work ethic and his ability to go above and beyond to provide excellent results shows his dedication to customer needs. We would not hesitate to hire him for future projects!
